How Blue Lock Rivals works
Matches are 5v5. Before you play seriously you roll two things: a Style, which gives you a character-inspired moveset (shots, dribbles and special moves), and a Flow, a passive aura you trigger in play for boosts like speed, power or stamina. Styles and Flows come in rarities from Rare up to World Class — rarer usually means stronger and flashier, but a well-played Epic beats a badly played Legendary every time.

1. Do not reroll a good Style chasing rarity. The most common beginner mistake. A Style you understand beats a rarer one you do not.
2. Pass. Solo dribbles into three defenders lose matches. Blue Lock is about ego, but the scoreboard rewards the pass you make one second earlier than feels natural.
3. Save your Flow for moments that matter. A Flow used to chase a lost cause is wasted; a Flow used on a counter-attack or a final shot wins games.
4. Learn one position properly. Teams of five strikers concede five goals. Being the player who can defend or keep goal makes you valuable in every lobby.
